Microsoft Word add-in which allows users to search up and validate parties names in Word docs (with Regex) against the NZBN (New Zealand Business Number) register. Search results display legal entity name, current directors & solvency status. Optional capability to enable smart search (native NZBN requires exact terms). Requires user to provide their own NZBN API, Gemini API key optional for Smart Search functionality.

A simple contract reviewer designed for non-legal professionals/laymen. Users upload their own contracts and provide their "context" which tailors the AI's response. Once reviewed, the tool provides users a plain English summary of the contract and specific clauses that are most risky. Users can also highlight portions of the contract for an even more detailed analysis, and standard chatbot where users can ask questions. Also supports Chinese and Hindi (but base language of contract should be in English) Utilises BYOK Gemini API key.

An aggregator of the NZ Companies Register, NZBN Register & Insolvency Register. Searching for companies display their directors, and their parents, subsidiaries and all related companies in an easy to read React flow chart. Searching for individuals display their associated directorships/shareholdings of companies, and also displays whether they have been previously made bankrupt and/or disqualified as a director. QoL features include ability to save snapshots of companies & individuals for future use, and ability to export as PNGs/JSON. Does unfortunately require the user to have 4 respective API keys for each NZBN service, so more in mind for modification and internal deployment within a firm where they can use their own API keys. Created a Chrome extension to use for the Companies Register, allows for bulk download of all documents against the Company and renames them for ease of reference. In the process of uploading to the Chrome store for anyone to use :)
