Chief Legal Officer
I've led large legal teams at several startups and private equity backed tech companies in the healthcare industry. But recently, I've become more and more interested in the way technology can change the way in-house teams practice and serve businesses. I'm interested in how we validate tech tools, monitor their performance, and ultimately, use them to manage legal and regulatory risk and do things as individuals and small teams that used to be the province of deep-pocketed corporations with legions of lawyers. I'm not pounding the drum on AI adoption at all costs, but I believe legal practice will look very different in just a few years, and lawyers that don't understand AI technology will fall behind quickly.
