About

I am passionate about building entrepreneurial, AI-fluent lawyers. I build AI tools to solve real world problems and strongly believe that the lawyers of the future are multifaceted strategists capable of helping clients see around corners legally, commercially, and pragmatically. I am a firm believer in shipping novel products to market and iterating in line with user feedback, building ideas from concept to execution, and collaborating with mission-driven colleagues toward mutual objectives. I was among the inaugural cohort to earn the AI Strategy for Legal Leaders Certification (Executive Education) at Stanford Law School.

How do we save junior lawyers from extinction? The rules have changed. Clients don't just want legal advice because that is expected, they want commercial advice. The lawyers of tomorrow will also be business strategists helping clients see around corners with both commercial and legal perspectives. Graduates, trainees, and junior lawyers are encouraged to demonstrate “commercial awareness” and “business development”, but rarely given the knowledge on what this actually means in real world scenarios. Introducing FeeCreator — a proprietary commercial analysis tool built to help users think in more creative and novel ways, developing lawyers into both fee earners and fee creators. It is this subtle shift, and a knowledge of how to apply it, which will differentiate the most in-demand lawyers of the future. FeeCreator is built on those with “skin in the game” — the life lessons, frameworks, patterns, street smarts, and strategies of successful entrepreneurs, business leaders, unicorns, and UHNWIs across a highly selective, curated network. Simply drop or upload any business news article, earnings report, or other file for a deep commercial analysis from the client's perspective — utilising the exact frameworks of those who have actually closed deals, managed high-stakes negotiations, and delivered when it matters. The lawyers who survive are not just fee earners — they are fee creators.

Clients want lawyers to tell them what they would do. Technically excellent lawyers are expected. However, the lawyers who create the most value are not those who simply understand the law, but those capable of applying that domain knowledge to practical solutions and seeing the broader picture. ClauseGuard provides a structured, commercially nuanced first-pass contract review against your organisation’s playbook, enabling lawyers at all levels to reinvest time more efficiently in the increasingly in-demand human skills of relationship building, creativity, collaboration, empathy, balanced negotiation, and pragmatic decision-making. Every redline in ClauseGuard fights for its place. Rather than simply flagging legal issues, it explains the commercial reasoning and nuance behind each proposal — helping lawyers understand why a clause matters not just within the contract itself, but within the wider context of the business. By providing a consolidated view of contractual risk, obligations, and commercial considerations, ClauseGuard helps in-house legal teams negotiate strategically, not only for the contract at hand, but with a view to the next one — fostering stronger, long-term relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders across the organisation and beyond.

"Young Lawyers Need Better Judgement"

We are seeing a wave of legal tech tools entering the market aimed at making lawyers more efficient, but the LexisNexis Generative AI Survey 2026 highlights an overlooked gap we should consider: how do we ensure the next generation of lawyers develop the critical and commercial judgement necessary to actually benefit from these enterprise AI tools? FeeCreator AI shortens that learning curve — giving juniors the commercial judgement that AI tools assume they already have.
